This is a precision machining part of an automatic equipment, with the length, width and height of 160*160*30MM and the tolerance of external dimension of ±0.02mm. We use a precision surface grinding machine to ensure the precision of external dimension of this part and the flatness of each surface.The fine hole shown in the picture is processed by machining center and slow-moving silk cutting machine.In terms of heat treatment of the workpiece, we use vacuum heat treatment to make the final hardness reach hrc48-52 to achieve the best performance of the part.Surface treatment for chrome plating, not only rust, but also increase the wear resistance of the surface.
