This strip part is mainly made by surface grinder.The key process is to grind out the 1MM fine groove in the part. The length of this part is about 300MM long, the width is 12MM and the thickness is 10MM. It is very easy to deform, especially during heat treatment.We use vacuum heat treatment to reduce the deformation of the parts, and then carry out the fine grinding.In order to reduce the influence of heating on the flatness of the parts, we use wire cutting to make the fine hole.Our company has a group of experienced grinder, has a very big advantage in processing such products.
